Appointments and Bookings

• Booking Process: All appointments must be booked through website, phone, email, or in-person.

• Cancellation Policy: Clients must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee or a charge for missed appointments.

• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, and the full service fee will still apply.

 

Payment and Pricing

• Pricing: Prices for services are listed on the website or brochure and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash or bank transfer.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Product Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days if they are unused, unopened, proof of purchased and in original packaging.
